Are you feeling exhausted? Unable to make time for yourself? Always run down? Taking care of others more than yourself? Then this is the course for you. This course is a 6 week program that uses mindfulness and other techniques to help you restore your balance, listen and honor what your body is telling you and create a personal wellness plan that keeps you on track moving forward.
Energy coaching sessions are tailor made specifically for you. I take a mind body and soul approach to ensure you make chances that represent YOU and the life and future YOU want to create. We explore how to overcome any barrier and how to create a plan that will lead to long lasting success. We will also look at your energy levels and how our bodies and energy levels support our growth.
Reiki is a 'hands on' energy healing system that can be done either in person or at a distance. Reiki works with the energy that is all around us by channeling that energy through the client. It benefits include stress relief, removing emotional blocks, pain relief and can help relieve physical symptoms too.
